Tentang saya

Arie has a background and interest in psychology and psychometrics. He has a great interest in making HR people's work easier, especially through providing tools that help decision making. He has spent quite a lot of time throughout his career developing measurement and simulation tools for selection and development purposes, both as a consultant and a corporate HR. The tools and simulations he and his work team have developed have been used by many companies in Indonesia, both private and state-owned companies.
